All bespoke frontend components, software architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, interactive visual assets, brand trademarks, and custom business logic presented on this website are the proprietary property of Oxynous, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Frappe Framework is open-source software licensed under GNU GPL v3. Oxynous claims exclusive proprietary ownership solely over our original code, bespoke user interfaces, and custom external DocType definitions created independently of core framework classes.

When using our website and communication channels, you agree not to:

• Submit false, deceptive, or automated dummy inquiry information.
• Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting tools against our endpoints.
• Attempt to circumvent client rate limits, spam firewalls, or server infrastructure.

Accessing this website, reviewing materials, or submitting an inquiry does not establish an agency, advisory, partnership, or client-contractor relationship. Such relationships exist solely upon mutual execution of a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oxynous, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business data resulting from your access to or inability to access this website.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Oxynous exceed the greater of one hundred US Dollars ($100.00 USD) or the total amount paid by you, if any, to Oxynous to access this website.

These Terms of Service and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent trial courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
